DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
Nope – the only time you need a referral is if your extended health care insurance plan requires one.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY TIMES AVAILABLE THAT WORK FOR MY SCHEDULE?
Add yourself to my waitlist – you will be automatically notified when there is availability that opens up.
DO YOU DO DIRECT BILLING?
Yes we do!
We can direct bill to most major insurance companies. If they pay you directly, you will have to pay the clinic at the time of your visit.
If your plan does not cover the entire cost of your visit, you will be required to pay the remaining balance at the time of your visit.
I’M NOT SURE IF PHYSIOTHERAPY CAN HELP MY CONDITION.
You can always book a Discovery Call appointment. It’s a 15 min free chat to answer any questions you have regarding if the service is a good option for you.
I’VE BEEN TOLD I QUALIFY FOR A FEW FREE PHYSIOTHERAPY VISITS AFTER MY SURGERY, CAN I BOOK WITH YOU?
You are more than welcome to book with me after surgery, I have plenty of training and experience working with post-operative cases.
However, we cannot offer free visits as only certain clinics have this specific contract with AHS. You will have to use your extended health care or pay personally for each visit.
