What makes Jessie different?

Jessie is a dual credentialed Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with over 10 years’ experience.

She specializes in working with First Responders/Tactical Athletes and Athlete populations as a whole.

Her background in Athletic Therapy plus Physiotherapy allows her to see rehab, recovery, prevention and maintenance from a different perspective. Every individual is an athlete in their own right. Everyone deserves to stay as active as possible throughout injury recovery and everyone can benefit from some form of maintenance plan.

She understands mental & physical demands of work and sport and the impact all aspects of life can have on injury, pain and function.

Jessie is A-Mazing! I have been seeing her for a few years now. Before, I thought I needed shoulder surgery, not the case. Between her magic thumbs, some dry needling and proper homework I haven’t had shoulder pain in a long time! I Had a numbing arms and hands scare, went to see her and she got me on the right track to fix my neck! I’m so thankful and relieved to have a physiotherapist that will always squeeze me in and make sure I am doing the correct exercises while at home, also making me feel super comfortable at my appointments! I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Jessie!
