JD Performance Therapy is owned and operated by Jessie Dalton. She is a dual credentialed Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with over 13 years’ experience.
She specializes in working with First Responders/Tactical Athletes, Athlete & Active Adult populations as a whole.
The clinical vibe and setting is different than anything you’ve experienced.
Her background in Athletic Therapy plus Physiotherapy allows her to see rehab, recovery, prevention and maintenance from a different perspective. Every individual is an athlete in their own right. Everyone deserves to stay as active as possible throughout injury recovery and everyone can benefit from some form of maintenance plan.
She understands mental & physical demands of work and sport and the impact all aspects of life can have on injury, pain and function.

Please Note:
We are located within Tri Fit Training Gym in the King’s Heights area of Airdrie.
When you arrive - you can enter through the back door or the front door of the gym. If you enter through the front door - please remove your shoes and make your way to the back of the gym where the treatment room is located.
